The hall can accommodate up to 800 guests for concerts, including 700 standing on the main floor and 100 seated in the balcony. For dance events, the capacity increases to 897 guests by extending the hall and opening into the Merkines hall. "

“I have spoken and worked with technical crews all over the world for many years, and I have never received service as seamless and impressive as that of the Hljómahöll technicians.”

- Magnús Scheving, Lazy Town

"

“We gathered as a group of 85 people in Hljómahöll for a work day. We would all like to thank you for a wonderful and memorable day. Hljómahöll is a cozy and impressive venue, perfectly suited to welcoming large groups, and the place exceeded our expectations by far. It was delightful to enjoy breakfast in the morning, have lunch after the lecture, and later receive a banquet-style dinner in the evening after a walk around town. The food was first-class in a warm and pleasant environment. We look forward to coming back.”

- Ósk Laufdal, Actavis

"

“I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the excellent facilities and the exceptionally smooth and attentive service, both in technical matters and catering, at the STS conference. The warm and pleasant attitude of the rest of the Hljómahöll staff only added to the experience. I know that the conference guests left extremely pleased with all aspects of the venue, which were entirely professional, as well as with everything that delighted the eye in this beautiful building.”

- Haraldur Árni Haraldsson, Principal of the Reykjanesbær Music School
