Gunnar Þórðarson is one of the nation's most beloved musicians of all time. He has composed over 800 songs and has also composed music for films and musicals. He has also arranged and conducted recordings on numerous albums. In recent years, Gunnar has increasingly dabbled in classical music and the Iceland Symphony Orchestra has performed several of his works.

At this concert we will allow you to hear some of Gunnar's beautiful popular songs, songs such as: The First Kiss, Blue Eyes, Gold, Winter Sun and many, many more.
